Refund Policy

Our readings are digital products delivered instantly, so all sales are generally final.
However, we stand behind the product:
  • Didn’t unlock / technical failure: if you paid and your reading didn’t open, contact us — we’ll fix it or fully refund. (Your link is also emailed to you as a permanent backup.)
  • Charged in error / duplicate: contact us for a full refund.
To request: email support@got-gan.com with your reading link or receipt within 14 days. Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
Because readings are for entertainment and self-reflection, we don't refund based on whether you agree with the interpretation.
