Welcome to Kitsu ("we", "us"). By using kitsu.got-gan.com and purchasing our readings, you agree to these terms.
1. What we provide. Kitsu generates BaZi (Four Pillars) readings from the birth details you enter. Readings are produced by an automated system combining deterministic chart calculation with AI-generated interpretation.
2. For entertainment and self-reflection only. Our readings are provided for personal insight and entertainment. They are not predictions of the future and are not professional advice of any kind — including financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological, or career advice. Any decision you make is your own responsibility. Do not rely on a reading in place of a qualified professional.
3. Accuracy. We calculate charts using standard methods (solar-term boundaries and true solar time where birth location is provided) and one interpretive school (扶抑法). Other traditions may reach different conclusions. Readings depend on the accuracy of the birth details you provide.
4. Purchases. Paid readings are digital products delivered immediately. Payment is processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles billing, tax, and receipts. Prices are shown before purchase.
5. No account. Access to a reading is via a unique private link. Keep it — anyone with the link can view that reading. We are not liable for links you share or lose.
6. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or resell readings.
7. Limitation of liability. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitsu is not liable for any decision, loss, or damage arising from use of a reading.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version governs your use.
